House Rules

By staying at the property, you and your guests agree to the following rules.

Valuables

The host is not responsible for valuables, documents, jewelry, cash, or other items left in private spaces or common areas. Use the provided safe and register any items stored there.

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to change your departure date or time, or add a guest, notify the host in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Additional Services

For any complementary services, request the current price list from the host.

Damages

Any damage or loss to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or finishes that is duly verified will be charged to the guest through the pre-authorized payment method.

Registration

All occupants must be registered prior to check-in and must observe hygiene and social coexistence standards.

Weapons

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.

Pets

Only assistance or companion dogs previously authorized by the host are permitted. Dogs must be on a leash or harness at all times in public areas and may not be left alone at any time, including in private spaces.

Private Spaces

Private spaces are for residential use only. Guests must care for them as their own. Furniture, linens, décor, or any other items may not be removed from private spaces.

Noise

Activities that generate noise disturbing to others, or that disrupt public order, are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Conduct

Behavior that violates regulations or is offensive or discriminatory is not permitted on the property.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all private spaces and enclosed public areas of the property.

Authorities

The host will notify the relevant authorities if the safety of any person is at risk, public order is disrupted, or a crime may be committed on the property. Access to private spaces must be granted to authorities in such cases.

Parking

Parking, where available, is provided as a courtesy. The host is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss (total or partial) to the guest's vehicle or its contents.

Security Cameras

Footage from security cameras in public areas will only be shared with the relevant authorities upon justified request.

Payment

By check-out, the guest must have paid the full accommodation rate and any complementary services in full.

Other Spaces

Access to other private spaces, apartments, or rooms without the express consent of their occupants is strictly prohibited.

Lost Items

Items left behind will be collected and stored at the guest's expense, per the applicable rate list.

Environment

Guests must conduct their activities in a way that avoids pollution and does not harm air quality, the climate, the environment, biodiversity, or natural resources.

Events & Gatherings

Parties, events, meetings, or any social gatherings in private spaces or common areas are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the host. Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Illegal Substances

Possession, consumption, distribution, or use of illegal substances is not permitted under any circumstances. The host reserves the right to notify authorities and terminate the stay without refund.

Sound Equipment

Installation of sound systems, musical instruments, or mechanical or electrical devices that generate vibrations or excessive noise is prohibited.

Hazardous Materials

Flammable, explosive, toxic, or otherwise dangerous items may not be brought onto the property. If in doubt, check with the host beforehand.

Legal Compliance

Guests may not carry out any activity on the property that violates applicable laws, public order, or the safety and wellbeing of others.
